Önemli Duyuru: Veri Merkezi Altyapı Taşıma Sürecimiz Hakkında

Değerli Müşterimiz,

Sizlere daha güçlü, güvenilir ve sürdürülebilir bir altyapı sunabilmek amacıyla sunucularımızı 10 Haziran tarihinde Bursa’daki veri merkezinden (Pen Datacenter) İstanbul’da bulunan yeni veri merkezi (DATACASA) altyapısına taşıyoruz.

Bu kararın alınmasındaki en önemli sebep, mevcut veri merkezinin fiziksel destek hizmetlerini yalnızca resmi mesai saatleri içerisinde sunacak olmasıdır. 7/24 kesintisiz hizmet ve anlık donanım müdahalesi standartlarımızı koruyabilmek adına bu geçiş zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Mevcut tesisin bu çalışma saati kısıtlaması nedeniyle, taşıma işlemi mecburi olarak 10 Haziran saat 09:00’da başlayacaktır. Veri merkezi değişikliği kapsamında hizmetlerimizde yaklaşık 4 ila 8 saat arasında planlı kesinti yaşanacaktır.

IP ve DNS Adresleriniz Değişmeyecektir:
Yeni veri merkezindeki altyapı kurulumlarımız tamamlanmış olup, mevcut tüm IP adresleriniz yeni merkeze aynen tanımlanmıştır. Geçiş sonrası sitelerinizde veya DNS ayarlarınızda hiçbir işlem yapmanıza gerek yoktur.
İstanbul lokasyonuna taşınmamızla birlikte başta Google, YouTube, Amazon AWS, Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure ve Meta olmak üzere küresel servislerle olan bağlantı kalitesinde (ping) ve ağ performansında ciddi iyileşmeler hedeflenmektedir. Taşıma öncesinde tüm veri yedekleriniz güvenle alınacaktır.

Planlı Kesinti ve Kesintisiz İletişim Hatlarımız:
Operasyon fiziksel bir sunucu taşıma süreci olduğu için, yaklaşık 4 ila 8 saat arasında planlı kesinti yaşanacaktır. Bu süre zarfında ana web sitemiz (merhabainternet.com) de dahil olmak üzere sunucularımız kapalı olacaktır. Ancak firmamıza ulaşabilmeniz için alternatif iletişim hatlarımız taşınma boyunca kesintisiz olarak açık kalacaktır. Bizlere her an aşağıdaki kanallardan ulaşabilirsiniz:

Dear Customer,

In order to provide you with a stronger, more reliable, and sustainable infrastructure, we are migrating our servers on June 10th from the data center in Bursa (Pen Datacenter) to the new data center (DATACASA) infrastructure located in Istanbul.

The most important reason for this decision is that the current data center will only offer physical support services during official working hours. In order to maintain our standards of 24/7 uninterrupted service and instant hardware intervention, this transition has become mandatory. Due to this working hour restriction of the current facility, the migration process will obligatorily start on June 10th at 09:00. Within the scope of the data center change, a planned outage of approximately 4 to 8 hours will occur in our services.

Your IP and DNS Addresses Will Not Change: Our infrastructure setups in the new data center have been completed, and all your current IP addresses have been mapped exactly to the new center. You do not need to perform any action on your websites or DNS settings after the transition.

With our move to the Istanbul location, significant improvements in connection quality (ping) and network performance are aimed with global services, primarily Google, YouTube, Amazon AWS, Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, and Meta. All your data backups will be safely taken prior to the migration.

Planned Outage and Our Uninterrupted Communication Lines: Since the operation is a physical server migration process, a planned outage of approximately 4 to 8 hours will occur. During this period, our servers, including our main website (merhabainternet.com), will be offline. However, our alternative communication lines will remain open uninterruptedly throughout the move so that you can reach our company. You can contact us at any time through the following channels:
